Volgograd Centre for International Humanitarian Cooperation is non-governmental, non-commercial organization established in Volgograd (South of European Russia) on February, 9 2019 and registered in Volgograd on March 20, 2019 (SRN 1193443003753, ITN 3444271583). From September 2023 was relocated to Tyumen, Russian federation.

We work to move intercultural dialog and cooperation to make our world safer. Please see also Working groups page. We provide a platform for dialog and cooperation. We started in November 2019 and invite interested parties to join us.
Volgograd IHC Centre is a member of the OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions.
